This house has 2 floors; the lower part contains a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and a main room in each wing, each with a full bathroom, as well as a third room that can be used as an office or modified into a guest room.
On the upper floor, a beautiful one-bedroom apartment/studio awaits you with a full bathroom, kitchen, and a large private terrace.
