Nayeli Rodriguez

I’m Nayeli, and I’m a proud fourth-generation Sayulita local. This town isn’t just where I live; it’s who I am. I was born and raised here, back when Sayulita was still a quiet coastal village with dirt roads and a tight-knit community. Growing up, real estate was always a part of my life. My father worked in the business, and I remember listening to his stories, not just about properties, but about people, dreams, and the importance of caring for our town as it grew. Those conversations stuck with me.

In September of 2003, I officially joined Avalos Realty, and I haven’t looked back since. Over the years, I’ve come to know every corner of Sayulita and the surrounding villages, as well as the families, stories, and history that make this place special. What I love most about my work is helping people find the right place, whether it’s their first home, a vacation escape, or the next chapter in their lives. It’s incredibly rewarding to be a small part of someone’s journey.

I’ve also had the honor of being involved in many of the changes and ideas that have shaped Sayulita’s growth, from small local initiatives to broader community efforts. It’s exciting to think about the future of this town, and I’m proud to contribute in ways that protect its charm while embracing its potential. Sayulita has given me so much, and I’m grateful every day to work with people who share the same love and respect for this beautiful place.
