Nayeli was born and raised in Sayulita. She is the fourth generation of her family to call this beautiful town home. As a child, she would often listen to her father talk about his work at a real estate agency. He shared stories about homes, land, and the people who made this community so special. Without realizing it, those conversations planted the seeds of a passion that would later shape her career.

In September of 2003, Nayeli joined Avalos Realty. Over the years, she has come to know not just every street and property in Sayulita. She also knows the neighboring villages and the people who bring them to life. Her greatest joy comes from helping families find their perfect home. Additionally, she enjoys assisting others in starting a new chapter somewhere else.

She has had the privilege of being part of many exciting ideas and innovations for the growth of Sayulita. She looks forward to continuing that work. Always with the hope of leaving something valuable for the generations to come.
