Originally from Santiago Ixcuintla, Nayarit, he earned a degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). He later pursued a Law degree. After several years of professional practice, he followed his heart to the coast of Nayarit. The vibrant energy and coastal charm of Sayulita captured him. Seeing the town’s potential and sensing a need, he decided to put down roots and contribute to its growth.
In 1991, he opened the very first real estate office in Sayulita. This marked the start of a new chapter in the town’s property market. Over more than three decades, he has gained extensive knowledge of local real estate. This ranges from small village homes to beautiful properties by the sea.
His work reflects a strong commitment to the community and a genuine passion for helping people find the right property. He is known for his professionalism, integrity, and personal approach. He guides buyers and sellers with care, making each transaction smooth and stress-free. This is just like the ocean breeze that first brought him to Sayulita.
